Randee Rolfe, Esq. – President (Chair, Governance Committee)

Randee Rolfe is currently an associate in the law firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Callaham & Wood, LLP, where she exclusively represents injured victims in personal injury litigation. Ms. Rolfe is an honors graduate of UC Santa Barbara and McGeorge School of Law.

Randee has always had a passion for the well being of children, especially those who are perpetually under serviced. Randee’s volunteer service began in Santa Barbara where she spent her time tutoring bilingual children and served as a lung health educator for the American Lung Association. Randee has also worked with River Oaks Center for Children in Sacramento where she gained first hand exposure to the emotional and behavioral challenges experienced by children who have been abused and neglected.

Donna Sauter, CPA – Vice President

Donna Sauter is a Partner with Ueltzen & Company, LLP, a consulting and accounting firm, in Sacramento. She has over19 years of income tax specialty experience serving many privately held and publicly traded clients in the Greater Sacramento and Bay Areas. Donna has volunteered with many not-for-profit organizations including currently serving on the finance and audit committees for WEAVE. Prior services include Lilliput Children’s Services, American Society of Women Accountants and various other local organizations.

She received her B.A. in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento and her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of both the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her experiences in the community while raising her two boys as a single mother inspired her passion for helping abused and neglected children.

Dr. Abdon Manaloto, DDS – Secretary

Abdon Manaloto is a dentist in the Sacramento area, and is currently a partner in a dental group with offices in Roseville and Lincoln. Abdon is a member of the Sacramento District Dental Society which provides free dental care to youth in our community through the “Smiles for Kids” program, which has served as a model for similar programs throughout the country.

Abdon also assists the Roseville school district in administering free dental screenings for incoming kindergarten children to help bridge the gap between access to dental care and no access. Abdon has previously worked with the Child Abuse Prevention Council, and as a board member for Sacramento CASA, Abdon hopes to share his skills, experience, and enthusiasm to improve the lives of foster children.

Brent Boothby, JD, MBA – Treasurer (Chair, Finance Committee)

Brent Boothby, is the Executive Director of the Maria Montessori Charter Academy, a non-profit public charter elementary school serving approximately 250 students in Rocklin, California. In this capacity, Brent is responsible for the school’s operations, budget, personnel and overall operation of the program. During his tenure at M.M.C.A., he has secured more than $5 million dollars in grants and donations for the school. Prior to M.M.C.A., Brent’s prior work experience included a strategic consulting position with an investment banking firm and a Graduate Teaching Fellowship at the University of Oregon. Brent’s volunteer experience includes working with the Oregon Disability Sports Foundation (an affiliate of the Special Olympics), the Y.M.C.A., Little League and 1.5 years as a C.A.S.A. volunteer in Eugene, Oregon.

Benush Venugopal, MBA, PMP

Benush is a Partner with Deloitte. He specializes in implementing complex computer systems and was instrumental in delivering a number of award winning and successful technology projects. Benush is active in the Child Welfare Community with speaking assignments at National Child Welfare technology events and conferences. He is passionate about programs that support vulnerable children and has led a number of fund raising events to raise dollars to support at-risk kids.

Benush holds a masters degree in economics, an MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He lives in Sacramento with his wife and two daughters.

David Chambers

David Chambers has been in the restaurant industry for 25 years and has guided many concepts to success. He is currently the owner of the Squeeze Inn of West Sacramento, California. He has participated in assisting numerous charitable organizations in event planning and fund raising. Dave currently resides in Roseville with his 4 wonderful children who keep him very active and involved in the community.

Scott McAllister (Chair, Fund Development Committee)

Possessing a unique ability to understand and translate technology into problem solving solutions, Scott has served as an executive with such leading technology companies as AT&T, DEC, and AMX. He has also demonstrated a solid entrepreneurial spirit with the start up and growth of his own Technology Integration Company in the Sacramento Area. A graduate of CSU Fresno in Electronics Manufacturing, he continued his coursework in Information Systems and Technology at MIT through a cooperative program with AT&T. Scott has lived in the Sacramento Region for almost Twenty Years, and has two daughters now in College.

Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson is the West Region SHEC Manger for Sims Metal Management. Sims
Metal Management is the world’s largest metals and electronics recycler. SHEC stands for Safety, Health, Environmental and Community. Sims is committed to integrating Safety, Health, Environmental and Community considerations into every aspect of how they conduct business. Jason has always been involved with helping children through his job, church, mentoring and youth basketball camps; so teaming up with the Sacramento CASA Program was a natural fit. Jason currently resides in Sacramento with his wife and son.

Carol Noreen, Esq. – Executive Director

Carol is a graduate of UC Davis and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. As an attorney, she has practiced law in both the public and private sectors, with an emphasis in insurance and employment litigation. She is a graduate of Sierra Health Foundation’s Health Leadership Program. Her volunteer service includes working with Laubach Literacy, the SPCA and 3 years as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate. Her concern for children brought her to CASA and she is committed to focusing our efforts in the areas of permanency, educational advocacy and preparing youth for a safe and supported transition to adulthood.
